$600,000 £180,00 in Treasury Bills without legal tender status were authorized by the May 4, 1778 Act and were redeemable by Dec. 1, 1785. Printed from the same forms used for the two prior State issues and with the date partly written in. The total authorized was only partially printed when the available paper was used up. Signers were L. Wood and James Wray. One signer appears on four lowest denominations and two on the others.
