Obverse Description
Star 7 to front of cap OBV. 5. S1LE, S7LE-FOC, S8LE, S13LH. Star 7 nearly touches cap. Star 13 only ¼ mm. from curl. Date is a close 7 ½ mm. and well centered.
Reverse Description
RI in AMERICA joined at base REV. E. A1C, A2LE, A3UE. 50 C. is 2 ¼ mm. well centered and loop of 5 is nearly closed. A-A is 1 ¼ mm. I is centered under T. Line 1 of stripe 4 extends well below border of shield. This reverse was first used in 1825. (See O.102) (65,63,62,60,55) R.3
